I really liked the Garlicky Lemon Chicken, tasted as good as it smelled and that is saying something as I'm sick of chicken. Our 10 year old even liked it. Now waiting for hubby to get home from work. I hope he likes it as much as we did! I'm going to keep my eyes our for new recipes for Chicken since that is what we buy so much of as it is the cheapest.

I make chicken in olive oil with lemon juice and soy sauce. It's easy, good and in the frying pan.

How do you cook the dish? Is it easy? Running out of ideas on feeding my 11-member family and grandkids on Friday dinners.

Your family sounds like how mine was, we are down to 1 child at home our 10 year old, 7 over 21 and on their own, with going on 21 grandkids. Could you send me a message asking for the Garlicky Lemon Chicken and when I get some extra time I will send it to you? Right now Im back and forth doing chores.
