The Elvis album That’s the Way It Is came out in November of 1970. This album was certified Gold in 1973.
Singles from this album included “I’ve Lost You” and “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me”.
Some other songs on the album were “I Just Can’t Help Believing”, “How the Web Was Woven” and a particular favorite of mine “Mary in the Morning”. I still have this album and there are many songs I really like on it.
How many of you know some of the songs from this album?

Love me a dose of Elvis. I only know a few songs from that album, he made so many I still have not heard them all. Thank you for sharing.
He was so skinny here in this video.

There was a concert documentary to go with this album.

I will never forget his concert that I went to with 5 of my girlfriends. We yelled so much during the show we all could barely talk on the way home. We had great seats to right in the balcony next to the stage. One of my favorite memories I will never forget. I was no kid then either as I already had my children. I would probably act the same now at 75 as I did then.

@ramapoo17 that is a wonderful memory to treasure. My friend at that time got tickets to his last concert in NYC that never happened. I saw an Elvis interpreter that was so real to life that if I didn't know better I would have said the spirit of Elvis is performing. Perhaps his spirit was there too.

@RasmaSandra I enjoy seeing the Elvis impersonators to. As long as they sing the songs nicely, I am happy.
