Rockin’ Robin

No robins in our garden but I was reminded of this song when I put out some food for the birds that do fly into our garden. “Rockin’ Robin” has been done in may different version but the original was by Bobby Day. Once I put out a large dish of food little sparrows came in a huge flock and they were on the food, to the side and underneath the table to catch the scraps. In the photo you can see them having their party. Hope it is clear enough. Sid luckily didn’t think it was time to catch a feast for himself. Since the weather has been warm he prefers finding a cool spot to lie in and so he was not present. It took but moments and then the dish was clean and the birds flew off again. Nothing much going on today. My hubby is still not completely over his illness but is feeling a whole lot better and eating more which makes me happy. Other than that I am just working on my PC and catching up on emails. What are you all doing today?
