Two Typhoons

There are two typhoons in the Northwest Pacific right now. Japanese number instead of name them, so they are #5 and #9. Where are the ones in between, you may ask? Well, two of them went onto land near Hong Kong and Taiwan, and fizzled out. #5 has been wandering around in circles for about a week to the east of Japan. #9 is headed straight for Taiwan so look out if you live there! How do you prepare for bad weather?
