Just Got Home From Karaoke

It’s just after midnight and I just got home and changed into my P.J.s and decided to post something because I’m not really sleepy yet. It’s been pouring down the rain all evening, while we were there in the building, and rained all the way back to my friend’s house where I had left my car. She knew where the karaoke bar was so she drove from her house. After we got back to her house, as soon as we got out of her car, it stopped raining and it only rained through a couple small patches on my way home, but there was some fog and I saw one deer cross the road in front of me. So, I was going slow and easy. The karaoke place wasn’t very crowded, so everyone that was singing got to sing several times. We got there at 9pm after eating dinner at a place called “Kick Back Jacks.” I had chicken quesadillas and my friend had a chicken with fruit, tossed salad that she said was the best salad she had ever eaten. I had never been to “Kick Back Jack’s” before. The food was good, but we had to wait 30 minutes to get it and it was a Sports bar and way too loud for me. 20 TVs going on around the huge room with different sports on all the TVs, plus there was some kind of music with a drum beat going on. I didn’t care for that at all. It was impossible to carry on a conversation. I doubt if I will ever go back to that Sports bar again. Its way on the other side of town anyway, which is where the karaoke bar was also. Hear me sing:
