Did you know there is a great site called FreeCycle. You can join this fantastic site to help save the environment and our landfills from filling up. People around the world have joined FreeCycle and have found furniture, baby stuff, clothes, and a whole lot more. People on the site offer recycle items that they no longer need or can use. Once you join the site, you will need to be approved. After being approved you can now search for free items or offer your own. I think this is an excellent idea for everyone. Some people need a little help now and then and this is one way to find it. If I lived in the US or another area that had FreeCycle I would join today. So many times I have too many computers and parts lying around and I want to find someone who can use them. What do you think about this? Does it sound interesting to you? No, I am not a promoter; I don’t belong to the site. I just saw it today and thought it was a great idea and the perfect way to help others.

Too bad I live on an island in the middle of the South Pacific. If I lived in the US, I sure would join this site. I am sure there is always something a person wants to get rid of that others need badly.

@vsai2008 Good for you. More people need to do this. Makes the world a much happier place with less in the landfills.

I do belong to Freecycle. It can be very useful and is quite a good way of getting rid of clutter.

This is good to know. I will let my daughter know about this site. She is forever getting rid of stuff. This might be useful to her.

We are familiar with freecycle and other sites that are similar. They can be a big help when you need something that someone just does not want.

I was just a little surprised when I found this today. I guess living on an island I am not familiar with sites such as this. I thought it was a great idea and wanted to share it with others.

One of my best friends used this site 10 years ago, he scored a couch, tv, and a stereo out of it.

That is amazing. I never knew it existed before today. I think it is a great site and more people should think of using it before they throw something away.
