when you have $0.2000 on your earning,what does that amount to and how is it calculated?

It is 20 cents.
As for 'how is it calculated' no one can tell you that, since the proprietary earning algorithm here is a secret.

It means that there is 20 cents in your bank. Keep reading and making intelligent responses and you will watch your numbers increase.
I don't worry much about how they arrive at the payout.
