What´s sinangag? Your longaniza (name in Spanish) looks as if it was made with blood. Is it?

Hello Marguicha sinangag means garlic rice. No its not made with blood Its an ilocano delicacy(ilocano my ethnic group)its made with pure pork meat lots of garlic and spices.Yes youre right its derived from spanish word. When you visit philippines dont forget to try it!Its really tasteful!

@Cathy0628 I wish I could go, but it is too far away. I love to add garlic to the food. The rice I cook is first fried in oil and garlic. Then I add the water. But we don´t eat that for breakfast. I usually eat bread with something in the morning.
