It can be quite frustrating when having to deal with certain individuals but does anyone have to deal with the madness? In some cases yes and some no. No person should tolerate foolish behavior from any person. Even the ones who are in controlled environments "have rights" and so does everyone else. If the rights are being violated then there has to be something done about the rights being violated. If no person is willing to take a stand then the issues will continue to go on and perhaps there may become further damage.

"Some Light" (Need Light)
There are some who are simply set in their ways and refuse to accept the what is whether there's "proof" of not. That's one of the reasons why some behave so disorderly. The main reason is wanting their way. If their actions are projected to a certain group then they're discriminating and there's no tolerance here. I'm not a pushover and if they think so then watch what occurs.
I'm an Advocate
Advocates should be firm. The ones who seek to make sure rights aren't violated or that there's better conditions then being vocal is necessary and some may not want to hear the truth. There are some who only want a certain member or group to be in leadership. The disorder will come when they're not receiving what they've expected to receive. Let's real. Some aren't pleased with an "African American" being in any leadership position whether male or female. The advocates should continue despite the circumstances.
