That is great for your people, wish they had free education here but they don't. Hardly anyone I know can really afford it here. I think our education has taken a deep step back with Common Core too.

@Cathy0628 Yet you find the government people living way above the average person, and then getting health care, ect., free for life. They can start there in finding money to support the programs. At least that is the way it is here in the United States.

@Cathy0628 if government officials really want to, they can come up with this amount easily. They can do away with their useless trips abroad and hiring relatives in government positions who are obviously not qualified to hold such positions.

This is a very good law. As many people can not afford it and they have to drop schools and this is sad. Here the university fee is higher and higher. I heard some poor students went to study in the universities in Russia and I almost can't believe it. That means to say that the tution is expensive here.

@Cathy0628 I had traveled to Russia twice. My colleague went there with a tour group and the guide was a Chinese student. This is why she knew it.

This is indeed a big help to those who want to go to college but unable to do so because of financial reasons. Kudos to Senator Bam Aquino and the co-authors of this bill! Great work!

It is not really free b/c someone has to pay for it, (like the tax payers who contribute to the expenses of the government) but it is a good idea. We'd love to see more free education in the United States.

Yes we still have to pay miscellanous fee ,laboratory fee etc.And we are hoping the government could find a way for a totally free education.
