@velvet53 last night? It was good at the concert then relaxing when we got home. Tonight? Relaxing.

How has your day been? I slept pretty good then had a busy day.

I got up a little late but things went ok anyhow. I slept pretty good, thank you. I went to see my primary care doctor, had x-rays taken of my shoulders and knees then went to the PT. I was glad to get home. How did you sleep?

@SIMPLYD It is all from my car accident.

@velvet53 That's good to hear? Why what happened to your shoulders and knees that you have to have a P.T? As usual, I only got 6 hours, lacking again. I need at least 7.

Pretty good. They checked my knees and then ordered x-rays so I decided to go on and get that done beings I had to get my shoulders x-rayed too. I was happy that they did them both while I was there. Than I went to PT. She did a lot of measuring and asking questions but we did get a lot dome. She has me set up for two appointments a week for the next five weeks. How was your day?

@DianneN That sounds like fun, the party I mean. I am glad the c-rays are over with for now.

@velvet53 Glad you finally had those X-rays, and the PT will help you. It was glorious weatherwise here. I spent most of the afternoon polishing silver. We are having a dinner party Friday evening.

I ended up with three appointments for today. At least those are out of the way just to make room for a bunch more. How was your day?

@just4him I took a nap today also and that is something that I don't do. I feel refreshed again.

@velvet53 Today is going well. I went to the pool this morning and shopping afterwards, I just got up from a short nap, and I'm good to go once again.
