Your Location Is Currently In Use - Windows 10 at boot up.

A target symbol appears briefly every time I boot up my computer for the first time in the morning.
If I put my mouse cursor over it, a brief message appears saying - “Your location has recently been accessed” then the next notification message appears before disappearing from view:
"YOUR LOCATION IS CURRENTLY IN USE" - then it disappears.
This message indicates that one or more programs are working that are using LOCATION BASED SERVICES.
I know that Windows 10 knows my location. I also know that AT&T does.
They installed my Wireless system and they know where I live but besides this, some websites ask that you let them know your location for their statistical purposes.
For whatever reason I am skeptical as to the intrusive nature of this feature in Windows 10 based 64 bit systems.
I wanted to learn more about this feature in Windows so I Google search it and get the following basic hit by typing in the exact phrase in a Google search window:
'Your Location Is Currently In Use - Windows 10 at boot up' - and here is my result:
An overview of this is as follows:
It says only that apps downloaded from the Windows 10 store access your Windows 10 location services feature and also that you can disable this feature if you choose. I do not bother. I keep it working. There could be good reasons to use it. If you have two or more mobile devices and want to communicate printer sharing and file sharing with each device it is best to keep this location based system active.
If you want to know more of this just look at the link from How To Geek dot com...
Applications can use Windows 10’s location services to view your physical location. You’ll see a system tray icon that reads “Your location has recently been accessed” or “Your location is currently in use” when this happens, and it can get a little annoyi

Stick with your 7. You can just imagine that as long as you got 7 you will have no issues. I mean, if you don't need touch screen and apps. I like apps but don't need them. I got 10 but wish I still had my original software cause it was free and now I have to pay extra to get those apps like DVD player which is free with Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows Media Center which allows a person to watch local broadcast TV. The thing they did by removing that program had to be one based on making them more money and making us spend more to get the same thing that once was FREE.

I hope he is having fun doing so. If he is so bored with life that he has to be watching me as I cruise the internet, he really needs to get a life.
