Crash Incompetence, Negligence and Mismanagement!

That in the very constituency of the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh himself 63 children die in the state run Baba Raghav Das Hospital in the last five days is a shocking news! The tragic deaths of children have occurred mainly because of deficient oxygen supply, though the government is denying it to save its face. Isn't it a crash case of incompetence, negligence and mismanagement that is prevalent in the government's health care system?
