It Rained Last Night

It must have rained really hard last night while I was sleeping and it didn’t wake me up, which is VERY unusual. Usually, the first drop of rain that hits my bedroom window wakes me up. I was surprised to see all the puddles on the road this morning when I took my grandson to his driver’s training. It’s very cloudy right now also, so we may get more rain before the day is over. I’m glad it rained during the night and didn’t storm. I had forgotten to water my transplanted plants yesterday so they got a good soaking during the night. It’s nice when it rains during the night. I went to the Post Office again today and between yesterday and today, I got FOUR post cards. Two from Germany, one from Finland and one from England. I am really enjoying receiving all these post cards from around the world. Postcrossing.com has turned out to be a good hobby for me. I love all the stamps too, from different countries. And I finally got all my postcards into an album. I figured out how to display them in plastic sleeves and put them in a binder so that I could see both sides of the post card.
