Was it Mylot glitch?

This is the my 2nd attempt in pressing the "Start Discussion" button as I wanted to publish my post. Have you every encounter when you hit the button and the circle arrow keeps turning and turning in circle non-stop (just beside the Start Discussion button)?
If I am not wrong, it is either the system hang or the network access has overload. Initially, I thought that it hung due to the image that I had attached. However, when I removed the image, the arrow keep turning non stop again. I had to close the tab, open up a new Mylot tab, click to "Discuss" button, retype the contents before I hit the Start Discussion again. This time, it worked. My post is published.
This is not the first time that I had encountered the glitch. Have you had this experience?

Sometimes it happen, and I think it just my internet connection

I have and I thought it was my internet connection having problems. So it was not just me after all.

So far I have had that happen from my tablet several times, so I don't use my tablet to post discussions any more. So far the computer has worked fine for discussions. Tablet works well for responses.

I think it must be either the Internet speed or the gadget that we used, eh? However, I don't experience this problem on my smartphone. Only laptop does, opposite yours. By the way, you write very GOOD English !
