Meeting your ex after break up

I never tried to meet my ex after break up.If accidentally I see her I will try to avoid her.As meeting her will make emotional.I have moved on..So,i want to forget the past.

For me, meeting my present wife is sometimes painful, when she is angry . She do not give any chance to become ex.

Well it's a good idea to move on from the past and sometimes looking back doesn't help. I do know some of my exes but we're and we remained on good terms but others I don't. It all depends on the person really
