Suspended?!

My PostLoop account was suspended... Why I don't know. Any violations? I also don't know. Any notifications why that happened? NO... Before they have given me rating of 1.1 with and now this. No explanations...
I am being grateful with PostLoop because they are my first online job, but this is getting ridiculous.

what does suspended mean? for a few days then you can access it again? will you still get paid?

I can't access the account. Nothing specified, my account is suspended, no reason why that happened our up until when my account will be suspended.

Sorry this happened to you but that is how Postloop works. They just suspend account with no explanation and the rating system isn't fair.
