Planning to make birthday cards

My best friend`s birthday will be in early December. Although it is still way too early to send her the birthday card, I am planning to make my homemade birthday card for her.
In addition, I wanted to make another birthday card for my dad too. Got some left over color
papers, white cards and old birthday wrappers to reuse them. Hence I will be saving money on the materials.
I will upload the cards once I had completed them . Need some ideas.
What theme should I include for my best friend birthday card ? She is a freelancer and a mom.

Something that is related to being a great mom. Wonder Woman might be a good theme!
I like making my own greeting cards but I use stamps and I water color them.

Think of her favorite color or something she really likes. Than use that for the card.
