A weird pink car accessory on a Fiat car

I parked my bike to buy something from a store and noticed this old Fiat car with a pink fake air intake. It looked funny to me. Here is a picture. What do you think!!

It's an aftermarket accessory fitted by the owner. I saw it again a few days ago and it was still there!!

@Hannihar the original car does not have it. It was fixed by the owner after he bought it. It's a non-standard accessory.

@pitstop So it came that way. I guess if you park it with other cars then it stands out you can find it.
