Do you prefer land or water?

Would you rather stay in a house boat or do you prefer to leave in a house on land? I would prefer to be on land I cannot swim. I heard that living in a house boat is so much cheaper because you don't have as many bills but I do not know how true that is. I could not deal with the constant swaying from the waves in the water.

I love swimming in the sea and I love the ocean, but as a place to live in? On a boat? No way. I prefer to live on land where I have my garden.

I can't swim either, and if I lived on a boat, I guess I'd have to eat fish and seaweeds everyday. 
I'd rather have a wider choice when it comes to food. 
And leave the sea to the fish, that's what I think. 
Unless I plan to become a pirate, they couldn't swim either.
