I just read an article about eating fruits can give us health benefits, especially for skin. What I am worried about is that fruits are now mostly grown with the help of pesticide for without it worm eats it up. If we eat pesticide-filled fruits, will it give optimal benefit? Are there negative effect on health?

Yes, you are right. What about banana? It's good for skin as well, isn't it?

Fruits are good but the increase in use of pesticide for growing them is the bad part , that will definitely have affect on our health

The only solution is probably we have to grow our fruit trees. I did that. I grew papaya trees in the back and front yards.

A friend once told me that those pesticides don't actually penetrate the fruit itself. What you do is actually to clean the fruit well. She told me she clean hers with boiling water, salt, and baking soda.
