@JeeyanDee No because we have our own security guards. I hope we wouldn't have to do that in the future though.

@toniganzon That's good if you have those guards. We have too in our subdivision, also the police frequently patrols here because it is near their station, but my dad decided to install them just for added security.

not at home but the house in front of us has one maybe because they have a business out front.
i think the cctv has to be on all the time? i mean i've heard/read of reports where it's off so the incidents were not recorded.

Even how peaceful and safe our neighborhood is, we are not sure when this kind of people will attack us. Having a CCTV is a must. But since this thing is expensive, we couldn't afford to have one. I am planning to purchase for our home.

Yes it sure is expensive, then again, there are some who offers quite good cameras at affordable prices.

@JeeyanDee Yes, incidents have reduced a bit for sure as every apartment in our area installed one
