Reservations in education too...?!!

I live in a country where there are many backward communities live..back in days they are treated as unequal so they protested and got reservations for them which is fair Now in 2017 trust me those backward communities are so much empowered its kind of unfair to give them perks anymore They got reservation in food,and other million sectors..they have reservations in education that's where the problem is..I am not talking about the primary education..I am talking about higher education where admission to university's should happen based on merit but here what happens is admission are given based on castes seriously common govt Give admission based on merit or. Else people with good capabilities. Will shift to other countries I will not be surprised at all
