Priceless Memories

Yesterday was a great day for me, my mom and my niece. It was my birthday and my first plan was to travel with my boyfriend. Unfortunately, he couldn't visit me because of his difficult schedule at work and of the condition of his parents. As a result, I decided to do another alternative. I spent my birthday in an Ocean Park with my mom and my niece.
The weather was favourable yesterday. We enjoyed it a lot. Although going to the Ocean Park was quite expensive, but our moments together were priceless. We saw different varieties of marine life, fish, octopus, seahorse, jellies, and witnessed a sea lion show. We also had a dry encounter with rays. At the end, we witnessed with excitement the fountain show. It was definitely one of the best celebrations ever.

Belated happy birthday! Too bad your initial plan didn't push through but at least you spent time with your mom and niece. That definitely counts for something!

@allen0187 I feel sorry for my bf's parents too. I understand his reason and I told him that it is okay with me. We can still meet some other time.

@AmbiePam Thank you Ambie! Yes it was. I was unhappy when I found out that my boyfriend would not be able to make it, but it was replaced with excitement and gladness after I spent my birthday with my own family.
