Traditional Medicine Or Modern Medicine

In the west...in America most people do go to modern clinics. People frown on not using doctors...like you are stupid or a bad parent or something. But I also feel it is good to go with your culture and beliefs even if they are a little diffrent. For example my son split his lip and I couldn't get the bleeding to stop. It wasn't much so I wasn't calling 911 to fix him instantly but I was freaking out enough to call his dad at work and he came home because EVERYTHING I knew to try didn't work...he came home on lunch break. Went outside and got a spider web. Rolled it in a ball and placed it on the wound and the bleeding stopped immediately!!! I had been trying for an hour and half!!! UGgg. annoyed me to know end...but I do trust him with some of the traditional stuff that he knows and uses (by the way I'm american but he is mexican...so slightly diffrent traditions.)
