Not active at Hubpages but still earning

Remember my previous post that I had mentioned about being paid by Hubpages USD$50 ? Even though I had not been active there for 14 months, I didn't log in nor post anything, I was still paid because my daily earnings exist and accumulated.
Today, I had just logged in to check out my earnings. Surprisingly, last month I had earned USD$ 1.22, this month August I had earned USD$ 1.03
I believed that my hubs ( posts ) are still being read by my followers at the social media sites which is the reason why I am still earning although I had not been active at all.
My current balance is USD $3.68, pretty neat isn't it?
I am having plans to delete my articles at Blogjob and move them to Hubpages. Need to do some work on revamping. I will update you guys on my earnings at Hubpages soon.

@belmeros Oh 7 days is way too short. You need to wait for 2-3 months to see the money grows. Share your post url link at social medias. This will help your earning grow faster. That is what I did.At Hubpages, you need patience.

@peachpurple Yah. But I was really disappointed when I spent 7 days writing then I got only 0.01. It was really a shock for me then I stopped that.

@maezee You don't have to request it. It conduct the same way Mylot pays. Once your earnings reached USD450, it will auto transfer to your paypal . Accumulated earnings of each month.

how many articles do you have there? who many words each? how many months does it take to earn $50?

@hereandthere I have 132 articles at Hubpages, each articles at least 700 words but some members wrote 400 words, not good traffic, 700 words better traffic. Initially it took me 4 months to reach $50. When I had stopped writing, my monthly earnings accumulated until reaches USD$50. Approximately 14 months because I was not active at all. I didn't even visit the site for 14 months.

Interesting. So like if I want to write about a mini story and publish it and people comes to reading it, I can get paid? If so, how much is it earn each view? That seems to be interesting to me as I like to write fictional stories and some about my past lol. Unless it's not about stories and have to do with other things like news or so.

What do you post in hubpages? Is it blogs? Or discussions like Mylot?
