To assure that the chickens and other poultry products including eggs are free from bird's flu virus our provincial government led by Governor Ryan Singson held the boodle fight in the provincial capitol together with other provincial officers, meat inspectors, meat vendors and suppliers.
The eating is led by Governor Singson in the boodle fight lunch that give confidence to the chicken meat vendors that the demand will go up from the sluggish sale in the previous days because of the bird's flu scare.
The governor assured that chicken meat from our province are safe to eat and he also instructed to guard the entrance and exit points so the meat from affected areas may not enter in our market.
Chicken dishes includes fried chicken, chicken curry, adobo, tinola and other recipes that hope to return the industry just like before.

We usually refer to boodle fight when all the people are around one big and long table-- the foods are prepared in one single line and all the present people should eat with their bare hands, yeah just like a military practice. If my attach is good the photo show it all.
