My sister came to me, and asked me about my son, staying here and I told here it's alright, but she never said how, long he would be staying here, so he called me from work today telling me, she has said to him when would, the men that offered to get him a place to stay, find some where for him to go, he told her he didn't know, he told me feel like she is, rushing him to move out, when I told my sister my son got the job, at the VA Hospital she told me, good he can move out of her house, this does not sound like a person, who want to help anyone, it sound like a person, only looking out for them self, the one person I wish would move out, is her daughter she was not suppose to, move in with us when we, signed up for this apartment, I hope she moved out soon.

Who owns or rents the house? It is not her place to tell your son to get out if its your house.

@TiarasOceanView My sister name, my niece name, and my name are on this lease, but this whole thing was my sister idea, not mine I knew nothing of this, until she came to me, and discuss it with me.

Whose place is it? If it is your sister's place. Her place, her rules. If it's your place. He stays. End of discussion. Have you ever thought that your sister might have something else going on and she is taking it out on your son? A lot of times it's always something else. If not! Since your son has a new job. He and you can get a place together. What ever you decide to do. It will better than what you are going through now. Life is too short! Good Luck God Bless

My sister and my niece and I, are renting an apartment together, my sister asked my son to move in with us, for a short time, but she did not give him, a time when to move out, I think it would be best if she let him save up his money, so he can then find his own place, and then to move out.

If this is your apartment, too, then you have every right to let your son stay there, especially if your neice is allowed to stay there.
