At what time do you take lunch everyday?

I ususally take lunch anywhere from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. This is the regular time for lunch. If I´m doing something, I take the time to get my lunch, at least a quick lunch.
Today, I´m going to have Shredded chicken meat with green salad and tortillas; some beans on the side too.
What are you having for lunch toiday?

As I don't have a job, lunch is whenever I feel hungry.

About 11:00 - 12:00, I had noodles with meat. Very yummy and delicous

That is good, eating outside it´s a good activity. I also eat anywhere from 12 to 2:00 p.m.

Usually I have lunch between 11 and 2 but sometimes I do skip it. Today my lunch consisted of some herbs from my balcony garden, some hot peppers, 1 head of lettuce, some cucumbers, some zucchinis and some peaches (5).

@quantum2020 I do eat animal products on occasion but my health does better with fruits and vegetables and nuts.

Looks like you´re vegetarian, That is good. I also eat vegetbables but I´m still not totally vegetarian, but flexitarian
