Which is more deadly?

I just read about salmonella in eggs. It is quite dangerous. And so it is to smoke. I have an emphysema after smoking for 50 years. Nor much, but there it is.
If we sit down with a pad and a pencil, we can make lists of deadly things.
Food is among the most known. Sugar and salt; fat and carbs, you name it. I read a couple of days ago about someone who died from eating too much meat.
I may be old fashioned. Or very ignorant. But I think that the worst are weapons placed in brainwashed ignorant hands.

Smoking kills the heart I was widowed because my huby who I loved dearly smoked three oacks a dayfive heart attacks in two days he wasgone oly sixty some so I have 'spent my golden yearas alone except for my adult son who helps me.,
