Some business establishment are enforcing the using of high heel shoes to lady worker to make them taller, presentable and sexy. But the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of our country speak "don't force women to wear high heel shoes at work.
I heard a while ago in the news that lady workers especially from offices, department stores and even the lady guards are free from not wearing that high heel shoes because its a torment to them especially that some of them are standing serving the people.
The laudable move was welcomed the working women. At least now, their boss cannot enforce to them to wear that shoes and they have option to wear the flat shoes.
Are you in favor women worker to not wear high heels at work?

Unless, it actually affects how the women do their jobs, I think they should be free to choose what type of shoe to wear.

@ilocosboy
People scoff at the idea but it does pose some serious health risks.

@ilocosboy too high-heeled shoes will eventually break the bones of the feet, especially if the woman runs.
