What Kind of Company you are Employed With?

Our main company that currently employs me is on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Center and Repair business, they are what seems to be an authorized third party service provider of Coca Cola and mainly install, repair and supply parts for coolers, fountains and vending machine.
Although the one that really employs me is the son of the owner of that company which owns his own Printing and Advertising business.
Also, are you and your co-employee have been treated well by the company which employs you?
Do they provide benefits on working late, working early and other government offer benefits like health services, loans and insurance.

Thanks for that advice, well not so refutable company although it expanded really well since I came here. On my first day here, the company's main branch is only one and currently working and getting more area to be covered by their services, and up to now, they are really expanding and have at least 5 branches locally here in the Philippines. Its quite nice to see I'm a part of this company growth too as we supply printed decals and stickers for their clients.

@sishy7 Yeah we can say that, as most of the stickers we produce are their orders. Oh, I remember, the owner of the company said that he encourage his son (which is my boss) to established this printing business because they always had to wait days and maybe weeks ordering outside the company, he gave some funds and also built an office for the printing so that he can start the business, also all the profits he had gathered producing printed stickers and tarpaulin went on another investment for another machine so now we had three large format printers from Epson.

Since I am my own boss I do not employ others so I am my one person show.
