Mcdonald here in the Philippines have chicken with rice. Actually, I thought before all Mcdonald around the world have rice but I am wrong. There are some branches other countries don't have rice. They adjust the menu depends on the location.

They adjust their menu accordingly to the place where they are located.

Nope, only rice with chicken usually applies base on our demand for rice.

i would love to have our Mcdonald's here to have the sandwiches meal of other countries! Like in Japan they have this shrimp sandwich, it was so good i love it!

Yes, McDonalds adjusts to location. In Japan, they serve fish. No rice at American McDonalds.

Sometimes there is a Fish Fillet in Mcdonald. Usually, in holy week..

@flippish2014 i think the Fillet O'Fish is a regular sandwich in Mcdonald's here in the PH. the new one is the fillet with rice meal. =P
