@lookatdesktop Yes, I remember reading about a hurricane that hit Galveston. I am glad you were not affected by the storm.

Dallas, but my father wanted to move from up north down to of all places, Galveston, but the year we moved to Dallas, was the year of a hurricane that hit Galveston so he opted out of going there. I would have loved living at the edge of the ocean. It would have been much more fun but more dangerous of course. So we are here in Dallas and have been since forever.
