Apples are rich in B-complex vitamins, for example: Thiamine (vitamin b3): this is used for maintaining healthy mental and cardiovascular (heart) functioning. Riboflavin (vitamin b2): this is used for energy production and maintenance of strong immune system. Pyridoxine (vitamin b6): this is useful in treating heart diseases, seizures and diabetes. It is loaded with vitamin C and other antioxidants such as flavonoids which protect the body giving it immunity against harmful bacteria and viruses, and beta-carotene that has anticancer and anticholesterol properties. I hope you will find this useful. Grab an apple , Will You?

Yeah apples are good for you. There is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctors away. Too bad in my country it is difficult to buy clean apples. Most of them are dipped into chemical liquid so that they appear fresh and can keep out for a long time.
