Pork and Chicken Barbeques

I love meat. Especially, pork and chicken barbeques. Here in the Philippines, there is a Filipino Fastfood (Mang Inasal) have delicious chicken barbeque. I rarely eat there because there are many people. I am not patient enough to wait for my seat. I prefer Mcdonald when comes to service because faster and cheaper but I like Mang Inasal more because of taste.

@velvet53 haha but its the best you can search recipes online for that so that you can taste the filipino style chicken lechon barbecue i think one of the secret ingredient is carbonated drinks the clear one like sprite, you make sauce from it by adding soysauce and calamansi juice. you can use it also to marinate the chicken meat. :)
