When can I have my own?

Every time I see pictures of houses being posted on Facebook, I can't help to feel a little blue. I just love how beautiful and clean those houses are. And every time I've seen one, I always ask how much the prices of those houses.
When I was a kid, I always like to draw my own house. Before I wanted to have a two-storey house, with a veranda so that whenever I wanted to read a book I just got there and feel the cold breeze and have some coffee. I also like to have my own single size swimming pool, so whenever I feel the sun's heat, I just have to stay there and relax. I also want to have my own garden where I can plant different colours of roses.
And seeing those moderns houses, I just wanted to have my own space. I don't care if it's just a room like or a condo type as long as I'm comfortable. I wanted to have my own space and be at peace. But the prices of that house or a condo type are too expensive. If only I have lots of money.

Do you think we would post unflattering photos? If I share a photo of my home I crop out the broken and messy stuff. It's like the selfies people share. They discard 100 to get one that's most flattering.

I am dreaming of something like that but I guess I'll only get it when I apply for a lone. Buying a lot and buildinga house in it costs huge money.

@JustBhem I guess it depends on where you are planning to get the loan. Be sure to negotiate well and know the interest.

Same here I'm not contented with our house but it's kind of okay but I have a dream house too. I problem how to make it come true having one is expensive. Can I try lottery so I can have big money to use for building my dream house

Few are lucky to win but who knows. Still a lot of people rely on this for luck. And I agree, we need to work on that.

I would never buy a condo anywhere in Manila .... I have a one hectare of land over there in the province and built a small house that so far have costed me 4 million pesos .. it is very cheap compared to a one bedroom condo that cost more than 20 million pesos...So if I were you, having a small piece of land in the province with even a small house is more practical.. and affordable ..

I see, yes. I have a home but sometimes I am not happy. Having Brothers who know nothing about cleaning is always messy. That is why I wanted to have my own place so that I can clean it, make some moods over and be comfortable in it.
