Low Carb, High Protein Snacks

Anyone have any good low carb, high protein snacks?
Right now, I'm going to have:
Nuts, Trail Mixes, Jerky
Peanut Butter Boats (celery with peanut butter and nuts or raisins on top)
Tuna and crackers (wheat crackers)
I also want to do something with cheese that I could carry around with me. I know that string cheese can be safe to eat within 2 hours before needing to be refrigerated again.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!! :)

Seems you have it covered with the snacks you now use. Love my carbs so can't help
