I want ti make up with my girl friend what should I do..??

Please advice.... I want to make up with my girl friend as she do not accept me smoking and drinking... that is why she broke off... please advice what should I do to make her come to me again.... I do not want to loose her... but I cannot quite smkoing and driniking that quickly...
