Stem cutting in pink rose plants enable the plants to get more flowers. / myLot

I do the stem cutting process in my potted plants. I cut out the over hanging branches of the pink rose plants. It helps the plant to have new stems. The new stems with rain water and soil produce fresh stems. The stems produce leaves and new pink roses.

Once I had a big rose plant and my brother cut it and it become very small. I become so sad on the cutting. But to my surprise after some days, it started to grow new leaves and it blossomed a lot.
