IRMA is just begining in the Atlantic off Africa's West Coast

I just looked at the weather and saw that new tropical storm or possibly hurricane forming in the Atlantic Ocean off the Western coast of Africa.
It's hurricane season 2017 and tropical storms and hurricanes are going to continue to happen.
This is the latest about it from NOAA

That's where we get lucky. Hurricanes never reach us here in Latvia in northern Europe. The worst we've had is gale force winds.
