I had a little headache and then fever last two days. My body felt aching and I was feeling chills all over.
I have felt like this before, but I have never taken medicine to relieve it, so I just let the system do the job. I have never changed my eating habits, so I continue eating the regular food and then, I´m feeling well today.
Given that there is lots of changes and microbes all over. One has to be careful and inject the system of good vitamins and other nutrients. The system is a good working miraculous machine
Have you been in health trouble because of the changing weather?

Yeah and it's normal to be sick with the sudden change of weather. In here we have what we call the season of flu. We expect people to get sick during the rainy season in my country. Rainy season doesn't mean it's raining everyday the whole day. It could be raining when we wake up and then the rest of the day it's going to be a scorching hot day or vice versa. That kind of weather lowers down the immune system.

The changing weather makes me more vulnerable to the flu. I don´t like the sensation
