Malware Alert!!

I get this Malware Alert (check the image) when I am on Mylot site from my Avira anti-virus at times. Probably a fake alert, but I need to be cautious because I don't virus to mess up with my personal data on my laptop. Have you guys encountered this alert by your antivirus on mylot site?

I use ESET and ESET detects any website that may contain anything that is dangerous. It has not detected any malicious on Mylot so far. I guess you are using some sort of extension that forces your web browser to open another advert.
