Could Leonardo DiCaprio be playing The Joker?

Warner Brothers Studios dream actor to play the lead role in the movie about the origins of The Clown Prince Of Crime alias The Joker is actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
The movie will be produced by Marin Scorcese (Goodfellas) who is known for directing movies that are scary and controversial.
If DiCaprio accepts the role to play The Joker in a movie that will reveal his origins in my view he would make Jack Nicholson who played The Joker in the 1989 "Batman" movie look like the late Cesar Romero who played the role of The Joker in the Batman television series.
I have mixed feelings of seeing the origins of the Joker since many Batman fans are satisfied that his origins remain a mystery.

So they decided to have spin for Joker, I think Leo DeCarpio can do justice to the role.

That is true since I do not know Leo that well as an actor but he has the factors to play a great Joker.
