Facebook to relax

I don't have Facebook account because I want privacy and I don't want to display my life to many people. I deleted mine many years ago. I don't have to worry now what will people will have to say about my life. They are not updated with my life. But I find Facebook a good way to relax. I visit accounts of people not close to me but I know them and is interested a lot on what they post. I also see some inspirational quotes and interesting videos and articles shared by other users. But sometimes I feel jealous of other people's post I don't look at them a lot. It make me feel depress. But I enjoyed my time using Facebook. I use my father's account but it's my mother who really use that account. Do you also find Facebook relaxing?
