It is imperative for us to take care of our eyes. The reason for us to wear sunglasses is to protect our eyes from ultraviolet (UV) rays. Extended UV may cause cataracts. Do protect your eyes and wear sunglasses when the need arises.

I wear sunglasses that go over my regular glasses. They even protect the sides of my eyes. They have a little window on each side that is covered with UV protective lenses.

Well, yes, I'm using sunglasses not only to protect my eyes. I think its kind of cool when I'm wearing my sunglasses.

When I was young I used to think that sunglasses were just fashion accessories till I met my eye doctor and and she told me the significance of such.

I do not use a Sun glass even though I am aware about the importance.

I'm not sure what's the real cause of cataracts. I didn't know it's UV rays. I wear glasses too to protect from dust
