Go here, it is called 'Settings' in the drop-down menu if you mouse over your avatar in the top left

Images must have a file size of less than 3MB. If the file size is larger than that, they won't upload and you must reduce the size of the image using photo editing software. Please read the Guidelines. Images should only be used to support or illustrate a valid discussion.

When you respond. Underneath the square here it says add image and then you choose a picture and after you press comment after you write the post then you will see a circle and if the picture is not too big you will see it. I hope that helps.
