Fantasy

Darkness surrounds like sound against our ears
Hoping no one will see the lies or the tears.
Haunted by destruction and doom,
Unable to see light behind the gloom.
With no wind to fill my sail,
Nor hand to remove the veil
That clouds the mind with fantasy.
They're unable to identify the true me.
A prisoner in my own body,
The type of girl that they call "naughty"
A body is a prison for the soul,
Falling in the deepest hole.
My mind is no longer sane.
The only thing I feel is pain.
Pain is my only reality
When what I want
Is Fantasy.
