I had not seen the sea bass my friends brought yesterday. Leticia took care of cleaning it as she wasn´t coming today.
When I started to prepare the food and I saw the fish, I could not believe my eyes! I could feed 8 people with it.
I´ll bake it all just in case they want second helpings. But I´m sure that tomorrow I´ll just make a mayo so that we continue eating this delicacy with Leticia.
I wonder, should I tell them to take some with them as their maid is on vacation?
I don´t know what other people eat. But now I´m not eating much. My only problem is that I don´t exercise much either.
What do you think? They have been my friends for many years, but I don´t have the same familiarity that I have with other friends.

I don´t think that cooked sea bass can be frozen. It will lose some of its freshness.
