Something I Read This Morning to Ponder

I read that the average person walks about the distance from New York City to Miami in their lifetime. Of course, those who walk for exercise and training, walk much further than that. I just found that interesting. How much do you walk?

Oh, I definitely don't walk outside in the heat. My daughter-in-law has a treadmill and I should use that but I haven't for a long time now.

Three miles a day for thirty years is 32,850 miles. That's enough to walk around the whole earth. Did you know that?

@IreneVincent wow! But my way is safer than really travelling around the earth then, no meeting with unexpected creatures like croc, tiger, etc.

I walk a medium amount each day. My husband walks a lot more because of his job, he is on his feet a lot walking around. I like to take walks , but I don't do that everyday.

I should walk a whole lot more than I do. I'm actually going to TRY to walk more to encourage my lymphatic system. I've heard that it is a good idea for that.

I walk as often as I can. I used to walk a lot, but not possible anymore.

I need to walk more myself. But, I don't either. My daughter-in-law has a treadmill and I could walk on that and I should but I don't.
